Solo tribunal

Classic mode is the complete offline rules reference: one player, one dossier at a time, and no AI deciding the outcome.

Play a shift

1. Read the petition, faction, category, and available ruling text.
2. Check the four pressures before committing.
3. Choose Approve, Reject, Compromise, or Audit.
4. Read the immediate outcome and metric changes.
5. Continue until the five-case shift report.

Earlier decisions may return as delayed consequences. The greenhouse viewport shows the most important current condition, while the Decision log preserves the exact sequence of rulings.

Continue and replay

The browser saves a validated local run so a normal reload can continue it. Starting over creates a new run; entering a known replay seed reproduces the deterministic starting setup for the same game version.

Classic does not require a live AI service. After the web app has been loaded and cached, loss of connectivity does not change its rules.
